Refund and Returns Policy

At Ruthie’s Hair Care, your satisfaction matters to us. Because we sell personal-care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Please read the policy below before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will replace the item or issue store credit.

1.2 Incorrect Items Sent

If we sent the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • The product is defective and no replacement is available

Refunds will be issued via EFT to the customer’s chosen bank account.


4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except when:

  • We sent the incorrect item

  • The product arrives damaged


5. Processing Time

Once approved, replacements or refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
