1. Ordering & Payment

  1. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

  2. Orders paid via EFT will be processed only once the payment reflects in our bank account.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

2. Pricing & Discounts

  1. All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR).

  2. Discounts apply only to product totals, not to courier/delivery fees, unlessexplicitly stated. 

  3. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Delivery

  1. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once payment is confirmed.

  2. Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays or public holidays.

  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

  4. If you provide an incorrect address, additional delivery fees may apply.

4. Product Information

  1. All products are made with natural ingredients; colour, texture or scent may vary slightly.

  2. Results may differ from person to person depending on hair type and routine.

  3. Always perform a patch test before use.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  1. If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for replacement.

  3. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on this website, including logos, product names, images and text is owned by Ruthie’s Hair Care.

  2. No content may be copied or reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or improper product usage.

  2. We are not liable for delayed deliveries or courier-related issues.

  3. Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.
